The new Sammic CA/CK-301,  vegetable preparation machine is ergonomically constructed in high quality stainless steel and extensively tested, pre-launch, in the kitchen of one of the worlds leading Michelin Star chefs, Martin Berasategui . Suitable for grating, shredding, slicing, dicing and julienne of vegetables, cheese, bread, chocolate etc, our extensive range of high quality discs and grids allow the operator to obtain over 70 styles of product with an output of up to 1000Kg per hour. New discs and grids generate less liquid, minimize product spoilage and allow for a more uniform cut. 

-Consists of a variable speed motor block, universal and food processor attachments, 5L bowl and hub with toothed blades. -Vegetable preperation function with 10 adjustable speeds. Output-Food preparation output: 150-450Kg/hr. Blade-Toothed blades (ideal for general use) for food processing provided. Food Preperation funtion with 10 adjustable speeds, ability to be programmed by time and burst button.
