Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout. 

We ship via Australia Post and selected couriers.  For large or bulky orders please contact us and we can arrange courier quotation. 

Orders will be picked and dispatched within approximately 2-5 business days of payment.

Delivery times will be listed with tracking details via Australia Post.

Santos may ship the item with a carrier other than Australia Post if the item is at high risk of damage or breakage. Photo evidence of all breakages must be provided in order for a refund/replacement to be processed. 

Santos may batch orders and ship together in a single carton if more than one order is placed to the same delivery address.

Orders over $150 free shipping option: If this option is selected Santos with ship the item with a courier or postal service of our choice. By selecting this option you accept that Authority To Leave is mandatory and if no one is on site to accept the delivery the order will be left at the door. If there is nowhere safe for the order to be left and the shipment is returned to sender or redelivery is required additional fees may be charged by Santos. Please note if items are not able to be delivered and are returned to sender then all freight charges incurred by Santos will be deducted from any refunds provided.

Free shipping may be sent with couriers who are unable to deliver to PO boxes. If our selected courier providers do not service your region Santos reserves the right to cancel your order (refund will be processed on cancellation). For large items (bins, drums etc) or orders over 100kg if the receiver has no forklift on site to unload an additional tailgate charge may apply. Free shipping does not apply to overseas orders or replacement stock for returned orders due to change of mind.
