Manufactured in Italy, this unit reflects Electrolux Professional’s commitment to precision engineering and durable design.

The cooktop features six 19.8 Mj high-efficiency flower flame burners with optimised combustion, flame regulators, and flame failure devices for enhanced safety and adaptable heat control. Large cast iron pan supports with extended centre fins suit a wide range of pan sizes and are dishwasher safe. Stainless steel feet with height adjustment up to 50mm allow easy installation, including mounting on cantilever systems.

The oven boasts a 40mm thick insulated door and a ribbed enamelled steel base plate to ensure excellent heat retention and cooking results, with a maximum temperature of 300°C. The base compartment houses stainless steel burners with self-stabilising flames. The unit is rated IPX5 for water protection, with control knobs designed to prevent water infiltration. At 730mm depth, it offers an extended working surface for enhanced kitchen efficiency.
