The cooktop includes six 19.8 Mj flower flame burners, each fitted with flame regulators and flame failure devices to ensure precise heat control and safety. Large cast iron pan supports with extended centre fins accommodate a variety of pan sizes and are dishwasher safe. The cooking surface features a compound steel construction, combining a 3mm layer of 316 AISI stainless steel atop 12mm of mild steel for optimal grilling results.

The electric oven features a double-skinned door with pressed internal panel for superior heat insulation, and an adjustable thermostat ranging from 140°C to 300°C. The unit also includes a cupboard compartment for convenient storage of pots, pans, and sheet pans. Finished with stainless steel panels in Scotch Brite and height-adjustable feet, the design allows flush fitting with adjacent units, eliminating gaps and dirt traps.
