The cooktop includes four 19.8 Mj flower flame burners, each fitted with flame regulators and flame failure devices to ensure precise heat control and gas safety. The large cast iron pan supports, dishwasher safe, accommodate a wide variety of pan sizes, while a protected pilot light guarantees dependable ignition.
The electric oven beneath features a double-skinned door with a pressed internal panel for excellent heat insulation. The thermostat is adjustable from 140°C to 300°C, with a stainless steel oven chamber designed to hold 2/1 GN shelves across three runner levels. Constructed with stainless steel panels finished in Scotch Brite, and fitted with height-adjustable stainless steel feet, this unit offers durable, hygienic operation and flush-fitting side edges to eliminate dirt traps.
