The cooktop features six 19.8 Mj high-efficiency flower flame burners equipped with flame regulators and flame failure devices for precise heat control and gas safety. Large cast iron pan supports with extended centre fins accommodate a wide range of pan sizes and are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Stainless steel feet with height adjustment up to 50mm provide flexible installation options.

The base compartment houses a gas-heated oven with double-skinned door and pressed internal panel for excellent heat insulation. The oven thermostat adjusts from 110°C to 270°C, and the stainless steel oven chamber features three runner levels to accommodate 2/1 GN shelves. The unit’s right-angled side edges allow flush fitting alongside other equipment, eliminating gaps and maintaining hygiene standards.
