Made in Italy and built to endure the demands of commercial foodservice, this salamander delivers reliable and even performance with precision control.
Equipped with two independently controlled cooking zones and incoloy armoured heating elements, this unit provides flexibility across a wide range of applications. The chromium-plated steel grid adjusts across six height levels to suit different foods, while the energy regulator ensures consistent heat management during service. The cooking surface accepts GN 1/1 pans, measuring 575x400 mm.
Constructed entirely from 430 AISI stainless steel, the unit includes a removable drip tray and detachable side and back panels for quick cleaning. It’s supplied as a benchtop unit with rubber feet and can also be wall-mounted using an optional bracket.
