The 12mm thick brushed chrome plate features a 2/3 smooth and 1/3 ribbed layout, enabling both even cooking and distinct grill marks in one efficient zone. Infrared heating elements beneath the surface provide fast, consistent heat, while the thermostatic controls offer precise temperature adjustment from 120°C to 280°C. A dedicated simmering area at the front of the plate adds further cooking flexibility.
Designed for mounting on open base cupboards, support bridges or cantilever systems, the unit includes IPX4 water resistance, a 1.5L integrated grease collector, and removable stainless steel splash guards. The pressed stainless steel worktop and right-angled edges ensure a flush, hygienic fit with surrounding equipment. Smooth and ribbed scrapers are included for efficient cleaning.
